I think the question refers to the concept of local co-op, aka vs. mode.
I cant find on the page if the game supports it or not.

They normally do so I can't see why not.

SSF4 may work online, but MK does not work well AT ALL. So keep that into consideration when thinking about buying upcoming games from the same company.
